COMPETENCE
The request to supply "ready to use" systems allows the System Unit to develop and improve the following competences:
Electrical planning of equipment for machines and production lines, following the applicable technical instructions.
Development of software applications for PLC: - Digital and analogical I/O
- Serial and ethernet communication with specific protocols
- Use of: Profibus, DeviceNet, FIPIO, ASI
- Axis control module for brushless and asynchronous motors
- Operator panel touch screen
Web planning and software development for PC and palm: - MS - SQL database Managment
- Internet and intranet web server connected to the database
- Animated synoptic for the visualisation/display and order sending, including the use of SCADA
- GUI applications
- OPC communication
